I received  Steven Stein’s new book, EQ Edge from  Multi Health Sytems (MHS).  MHS  provides online scientifically validated assessments of Emotional Intelligence (EI).  Some of the coaching I do is around EI and there’s plenty of research that speaks to the correlation between highly effective leaders and EI.
