Charmaine's coaching workshop was an eye-opener to the structured coaching process and the concept of a coaching contract.

In Charmaine's coaching workshop, she emphasized spending time on effective coaching to become more productive. She provided a valuable framework for analyzing whether we are having effective coaching conversations. It helped me to think through what I'm doing right and what I'm doing wrong while coaching.

I appreciated that interaction and participation were emphasized in Charmaine's coaching workshop. Role-playing as a coach or coachee, and finding solutions to real life issues was a highly valuable exercise. Group discussion and sharing of actual coaching conversations by participants made the concepts relevant.

Leadership coaching with Charmaine has been a good supplement as it helped me better understand the 360 survey, myself as a leader and different ways to approach situations, provide coaching, etc.  It has also kept me accountable throughout the leadership program and in-between residential sessions.
