This project is an award-winning global executive leadership program in which Charmaine was the Development Leader for the learning strategy and program design in which she had responsibility for the leadership and soft-skills content. Over 100 leaders from over 30 countries have participated in a multi-month, multi modal approach (in-person and virtual training; virtual coaching calls; team projects; 360 leadership assessment; career planning).
Charmaine continues to support this program as the lead for mentoring, executive 360 coaching and is a speaker at the annual in-class sessions on topics like effective leadership, strategic career planning, personal brand, networking and coaching/mentoring skills.
