Christelle holds a university degree in translation (French – English – German) and a masters’ degree in HR management from ISC Saint-Louis, ICHEC business school, in Brussels.
Before setting up her business, she was Head of Human Resources in the financial sector and Development Leader & coach at PwC Luxembourg. She started her HR career in the automotive industry as part of the European coordination centre at Delphi Thermal.
During her 12 years at PwC she developed expertise in leadership development, coaching and mentoring, career development, mobility, onboarding, and represented Luxembourg in several European HR committees. In 2012 she worked in Cape Town during 3 months as an individual, team coach and facilitator on the company’s flagship global leadership development programme, which makes her particularly at ease in intercultural environments.
Certified in various psycho-metric tools such as « The Leadership Circle Profile» (360°), « Insights Discovery », « FIRO-B », « TKI », she also added a personality model, “the Enneagram” to her toolbox. In 2016, she gets an Advanced level at the negotiating test NSTAA and successfully completed in Paris a 5-month training program in « Complex Negotiations »
In 2016, she sets up in Luxembourg cHc (focused on Leadership Development and People Strategy), then « The Negotiation Table», which offers trainings and consulting services with a team of experts in commercial negotiations, individual and social relations, and crisis communications.
