It has been incredibly helpful to have an objective third party who understands the Firm and the leadership program to provide a questioning and guiding ‘hand’ along the way. I’ve experienced a true leadership transition by taking on a new leadership role during the program, I’ve had the benefit of being able to put my learning into practice immediately. The leadership coaching with Charmaine gave me holistic and practical ideas to strategically and tactically get me started successfully.
